You’re wrapping up your second month of pregnancy and heading into the third. Right now, nausea and possibly vomiting are at their worst — this is considered the peak stage for morning sickness.
Your doctor may prescribe something to ease the discomfort. In the meantime, salty crackers can help reduce the nausea a bit — try nibbling on a few first thing in the morning before getting out of bed.
Your bras may start to feel too tight, and it might be time to buy new ones that are one or two sizes bigger. If this is your first pregnancy, expect more sensitivity and growth in your breasts, as your body is still adjusting to these new hormonal changes.
Your baby is now the size of a kidney bean — tiny, but growing fast!
