To start with;

How to set a bedtime routime for your kid?
- First you have to know whether the age of your kid requires a nap time or not to know whether to give it to him or give it up entirely?
- In case your kid still needs a naptime, meaning, he's under three, then you will repeat the night bedtime routine during naptime.
- Also try and decide and set an early bedtime hour for your kid and know that untill he/she reaches puberty, your child needs about 12 hours night sleep preferably between 8 pm and 8 am, that the time when the growing hormone works and helps your child develop in a healthy way.

Before your kid goes to bed, set and stick to a Bedtime Routine that involves the following:

- GIve him/her a wash or a bedtime shower if it's summer time, he/she will like it and link it to bedtime.
- Let your child wear his PJ so that to realise it's during that time when he wear his pijamas that he goes to bed.
- Make the lights softer.
- Give him his favourite teddy.
- Perhaps put some soft music or lulllaby that calms him.
- Try to make him gradually less reliant on you to go to bed.
- Put him in bed, rock him if he's still a baby or a newborn, read a bedtime story if he's an onlder kid, or just leave him murmurring and rehearsing words he learned during the day adn leave the room silently, unless he asks for you.

Now that I introduced to you how to set a bedtime routine for your child,
now here are some reasons  Why Your Child May Have Sleep Disorder from tTme to Time.

1- Falling sick such as having fever or soaring throat.
2- Feeling cold or hot, so try to ajust his room temperature.
3- Teething.
4- Getting wet, make sure you use a diaper that you can rely on for long hourse during bedtime, and if he still gets wet, check the size of the diaper. Sometimes during wintertime, you need to change his diaper, secretly during the night as the diaper gets soaked which causes him to get wet.
5- Make sure his pj or whatever he's wearing is comfortable.
6- Some medicines can cause sleep disorder so you may check with his doctor.
7- Vitamins pours into the child extra energy so they'd better be taken in the early morning, to avoid their negative impact on sleep.
8- Feeling hungry.
9- Noise, some kids hate noise.
10- Having nightmares, which are sometimes cause by sleeping in a bad mood or any change in lifestyle.

May your kids enjoy good sleep.
