With a new academic year starting in almost all parts of the world, most parents feel baffled as to what food should they include in their children’s daily lunch boxes.

 

For kids, the school lunch box, is not just a guarding warrior protecting them throughout the school day, ensuring they receive their needed intake of essential nutrients, but it’s also their sparkling gem they take out each school break to display their belief of healthy and super nice food.

You can also add in some protein, such as grilled chicken, shrimp, or tofu. Top it off with a vinaigrette dressing and you're good to go!

 

4- Sandwich Wrap: 

Sandwich wraps are a fun and portable lunch option for kids. Simply spread some hummus or peanut butter on a whole-wheat tortilla and add your child's favorite toppings, such as cheese, turkey, lettuce, and tomato. Then roll up the tortilla and cut it in half.

5- Spanish Omlete or Hard-boiled eggs: 

Make a medium sized-omelet with plenty of shredded cheddar chese, black olives nad corn in it.

Or you can also put Hard-boiled eggs are a good source of protein and healthy fats. They're also easy to pack in a lunchbox. Just be sure to peel them ahead of time to avoid any messy accidents.

6- Fruit and Yogurt Parfait: 

This is a healthy and delicious lunch option that kids will love. Simply layer yogurt, granola, and fresh fruit in a jar. You can also add in some nuts or seeds for extra protein.

 

7- Veggies and Dip: 

This is a great way to get kids to eat their vegetables. Simply cut up some of their favorite vegetables, such as carrots, celery, cucumbers, and bell peppers. Then pack them in a container with their favorite dip, such as hummus, ranch dressing, or salsa.

 

8- Whole-Wheat Crackers and Cheese:

This is a simple but satisfying lunch option for kids. Simply pack some whole-wheat crackers and cheese in a container. You can also add in some fruit or vegetables for a more balanced meal.

9- Chicken Nuggets and Fruit: 

This is a kid-friendly classic. Simply pack some baked or grilled chicken nuggets in a container with some fresh fruit. You can also add in some whole-wheat crackers or bread for a more balanced meal.

 

10- Fries or Chips

These are just a few ideas for meals that you can pack in your child's school lunchbox. Be creative and mix and match different foods to create meals that your child will enjoy.
