You might start experiencing some bone pain, especially upon waking up, as if you’re been going tough exercises. This will cause you to feel a bit weak or heavy. You’ll also feel some difference in the way you walk in high heels, get into or out of the car.
Light exercises can make you feel stronger, just be careful. You can join some Yoga or Pilates classes especially designed for pregnant ladies. This will make you feel stronger; both physically and emotionally.
Another possible symptom of this week of pregnancy is having a stuffed or running nose. Don’t ignore it and consult your doctor, as it may develop into temporary Sinus.
