Now that you’ve safely passed your 22nd week through pregnancy you’re probably feeling more pregnant than before, and so do others. Perhaps your belly is already starting to grow bigger than before, but you still can move freely, not feeling too heavy yet.

You will start facing a whole new set of pregnancy symptoms that you might not have face yet, such as swelling, in the hands or feet, also obvious water retention, that you can overcome a little bit of it by drinking much green tea.

However you cannot feeling like complaining much about this Second Trimster, it’s still your easy relaxed period of pregnancy- The Third Trimster may bring some new challenges, so enjoy these few weeks.

Three main challenges you need to pay strict attention to at this phase; namely acne, due to relative increase in your skin’s oil production, which you can combat by using good skin products and cleansing your skin more often, also stretch marks, for your belly is starting to really grow starting now on, and this you can curb and control through frequently applying anti-stretch marks cream which your doctor has prescribed for you, and last for your belly is starting to really grow starting now on, and vericose veins, which you can easy avoid by raising your legs on a coffee table and avoiding long stands- also drink much water and walk as much as you can.

Try to east as many fibres- rich food as you can and avoid much unwanted carbohydrates, for they may your baby grow unnecessarily huge, which is something you don’t really want through your delivery to avoid having a c-section. All you need is a healthy baby rather than a big one.

As for your little one, he’s is now at the size of a papaya. His lips are growing more distinct and he’s developing his eyebrows.

Your baby is reaching the stage of complete structural growth, meaning that nearly all his organs and senses are now reaching their completion, but he’s surely grow in size the remaining weeks of pregnancy, way faster than before.
