Your baby is growing bigger, more complete and his organs are reaching completion as well.
Some of the new symptoms you may face at this stage is sleep disorder, especially during the night, where long hours of sleep may get interrupted once or twice, and not just for the sake of intriguing need for a toilette break, but also to stretch your muscles and hands and get some rest from the sleep position. You may wake up for an hour or two during the night, this is very normal.
What you can do is making use of these breaks during the night, where you can meditate, listen to some music, watch TV, enjoy the calm atmosphere at the house in planning that requires special concentration from your side, such as your todo’s list for the remaining weeks of your pregnancy or after delivery, ideas for a baby shower, do online shopping for personal stuff you need during or after delivery, as well as baby online shopping, there are a lot of fun things to do during the night.
For example you can think of starting a new set of activities the coming weeks, joining some courses, let them be related to pregnancy or your expertise. Make the best use of your now- free time, before your little angel arrives and absorbs your full attention and swallows all your once free-time.
You can also start a small project that reaches fruition and completion with the end of your pregnancy journey, such as writing a book, your day- to- day memorandum, or even starting a specialised blog such as this one. My initial intention of making this blog was, not just sharing experience and information, but also making use of my time in positive manner.
Keep strict attention to what you eat and drink, what you bring in to your body comes out in a set of symptoms you face.
You may need to work out regularly, by joining a Yoga or Pilates class for fit mommies, you will benefit both physically and spiritually from such classes, as they will connect you with other mommies-to-be ladies which will help uplift your morale greatly, sharing your experience and feelings with women who are going through an experience that’s pretty much similar to yours.
