Week 36 Pegnancy

Week 36 Pegnancy

  • Post Time - 2019-11-19 12:58:55

You’ve just entered your 36th week through pregnancy, to step into your 9th and last month of pregnancy.. Yes it’s been a long long way to go.. and it won’t be long before you finally be able to hold your little angel and feel him or her. You’re getting very close to that day where you will celebrate then end of this triring yet rewarding journey.

Your baby is not at the size of a romaine lettuce, yes he’s become at the size of a full baby, swallowing most of the space inside the umbilical sac.

This will also cause you to feel uneasiness eating a full meal. So you’d better eat many small meals. Also it’s now safe to start exercising, especially if you wish for natural childbirth, consult your doctor or midwife for providing you with a list of exercises recommended for facilitating delivery, but know, if this is your first baby, there’s a great possibility you’ll need to wait till the end of the 40th week to be ready for natural birth.

You’re starting to feel really heavy and unable to move freely, of course this is because of the very heavy weight you’re carrying, in your belly as well as your entire body due to water retention and swelling. Try to put up with the remaining few days and weeks till you regain your body and fitness fully back.

To combat much of the unwanted water retained in your, try to drink just one cup of green tea per day and drink more water and fluids. This will help you get rid of the excess water. Some mistakenly think that in order to rid the body of the excess water, they need to strop drinking or cut down their intake of water, which is very wrong and causes the body to keep more water.

Keep your skin clean and hydrated. Apply moisturises, especially anti-stretch marks and nipples cream at least twi each day. Also shower daily. Your body is under so much stress, carrying a huge weight and this means it needs more maintenance than before.

If this is your first baby, then you’ll feel your tummy stretched too thin as if the baby will tear it apart.. but of course if won’t this just a feeling due to the fact that your stomach was never stuffed as much before, coupled with some contractions in your uterus that strengthens this feeling.

Also keep watchful of your personal health and cleanness, if this will put on more effort and load on you, you will appreciate it presently and later on. It will make you feel beautiful and limit the chances of any possible damages that can happy to your skin after delivery.

Also be ready for labor any minute. So whether you use wax, hair removing machines or shaving, keep your full body clean and ready for dashing to the hospital any minutes.

By now you must have already prepared your hospital bag, the items of which I already listed in a previous post here.

Look forward to holding your child and regaining your beautiful body (which will inevitably happen yet gradually) and crowning 9 months-long journey of carrying a child and preparing him to come to this world.

Think of nice creative shots to take of yourself at the hospital, before and after delivery. You will appreciate those shots much later on. Also take video shooting before leaving the house and heading to the hospital and bringing the little new member of the family in. These are historical moments that will never be brought back and should never be missed.

The coming days can be just one day or 21, so enjoy the excitement, do your planning  and get ready.
